Director and curator born in Manizales (Colombia) and based in Lisbon (Portugal). He studied Cinema and Television at the National University of Colombia where he graduated with honors. He is currently studying a master in Multimedia Art in the Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa. He is a researcher at the LARSyS ITI — Interactive Technologies Institute.
He is a member of the production collective Emilia II Cine. His first short film White Socks (Medias blancas, 2017) was selected in festivals such as FICUNAM (Mexico) and Bogoshots (Colombia) and got awards in Maratón Pantalones Cortos (Medellín), Festival Eureka (Bogota), Festival de Cortos Cali and Bogotá International Film Festival. His short film Sereno (2022) got the Fund for Film Development FDC and had aid from National Natural Parks of Colombia, it was premiered in Festival Internacional de Cine de Cartagena de Indias FICCI and Beijing International Film Festival (China).
He curated the showcase A World Without Adults that was exhibited at Cinemateca de Bogotá and Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín, the 18 Festival Equinoxio and the category Cine (y) Digital at the 19-20 International Image Festival.
