Nuno started his journey in the Computer Science world with a course in Management and Programming of Informatic Systems in 2013. After that, he completed the BSc and the MSc in Computer Science, both from University of Madeira. He also participated in the EV4EU (Electric Vehicles Management for carbon neutrality in Europe) project, which was his introduction to the electric mobility field.

Currently he is a PhD Student in Computer Science and Engineering at IST, University of Lisbon (ITI/LARSyS, INESC-ID) and Application Engineer in a Software company. His research interests include energy communities, electric mobility and application of optimization models to real-world problems.
